I have called several places and asked for a court mandated mental health evaluation and they ask why. I tell them that I was charged with assault and vandalizing property and they seem to shake their heads in disbelief. There is no definition for a Mental Health Evaluation. This can vary from a single question like Are you OK? to untold hours of questions on my inner most feelings. No one really seems to know. I am being asked to perform a very ambiguous and ill-defined task and the court will likely get an ambiguous and ill-defined result.
