February 24, 2015
Filed a motion to dismiss the charge of trespassing and he failed to take note of the statement in the police report where Sgt. Michael Esposito stated that I could take pictures anywhere else in Shoppers World except the location where I stood. He misses the bogus nature of the trespassing charge against me. He believes that there is safe trespassing and unsafe trespassing on the same piece of property. It's too bad the trespassing law (MGL 266-120) does not make that distinction.

July 10, 2015
Submitted a motion for reconsideration of dismiss the charge of trepassing that contains a deed showing that the land I stood upon when I was arrested for trespassing, belonged to Massport , an agency of the state.

When I had to take an oath to tell the truth, the oath did not include that bogus word God.

As of August 25, 2015, he still had not rendered a decision. That's six weeks and counting. Is he using me as a judicial toy?

On July 10, he writes After hearing, the defendant's motion taken under advisement.

Here's the docket file:

criminal-docket-1449cr002685-20150825.pdf (see second page)

On September 2, 2015, I finally get a decision from David E. Frank. He declines my motion to dismiss in a way that has nothing to do with my request in any sense. I do not sincerely believe that he knew what he was writing.

My motion to dismiss the last remaining charge (20150601, 20150831)

David E. Frank's reply

What does one have to do with the other?
It's as though I asked him the time of day and his response was blue.
