Rule 3.6 Affiliation with Discriminatory Organizations

[1] A judge's public manifestation of approval of invidious discrimination diminishes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary. A judge's membership in an organization that practices invidious discrimination similarly diminishes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.

Invidious: offensively or unfairly discriminating; injurious What is an invidious person?

invidious \in-VID-ee-us\ adjective.
1 : tending to cause discontent, animosity, or envy
2 a : unpleasant, objectionable, or obnoxious b : of a kind to cause harm or resentment.

Discriminatory actions and expressions of bias or prejudice by a judge, even outside the judge's official or judicial actions, are likely to appear to a reasonable person to call into question the judge's independence, integrity or impartiality Examples include jokes or other remarks that demean individuals based upon their race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, religion, nationality, national origin, ethnicity, citizenship or immigration status, ancestry, disease or disability, age, sexual orientation, marital status, socioeconomic status, or political affiliation. For the same reason, a judge's extrajudicial activities must not be conducted in connection or affiliation with an organization that practices invidious discrimination. See Rule 3.6.

I am making a presumption that the concept of honesty (telling the truth) is part of one's integrity. For instance, if one were to ask a judge if they believed in the Bible or God , one would get a truthful answer.

The judge applies an oath to you, the defendant:
Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God?

One should apply this oath back to the judge, so (s)he can tell us the truth.

Rule 3.6 Affiliation with Discriminatory Organizations

(A) A judge shall not hold membership in any organization that practices invidious discrimination.

Comment:
[1] A judge's public manifestation of approval of invidious discrimination diminishes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.
A judge's membership in an organization that practices invidious discrimination similarly diminishes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.

[4] A judge's membership in a religious organization as a lawful exercise of the freedom of religion is not a violation of this Rule

** Comment number 4 clearly states that there is no separation of state and church. **

This matches very well with the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct. See
this article
It is not a violation of these canons for a judge to publicly refrain from performing a wedding ceremony based upon a sincerely held religious belief.

These rules should have a comprehensive list of invidious organizations that a judge may belong to, given his/her religion.

These invidious organizations include every single Abrahamic religion, like Christianity, Judaism and Islamic religions.

  1. Serpents/snakes talk
  2. Bushes talk
  3. Donkeys/asses talk
  4. Unbelievers deserve eternal punishment
  5. Man walks on water
  6. The earth is flat
  7. Flying bird people (angels)
  8. You must kill gays.
  9. You must kill disobedient children.
  10. Etc....

The following are "some" articles of faith held by religious judges.

Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished.

But as for these enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here and slaughter them before me.

For I the Lord do not change. (Once a genocidal maniac, always a genocidal maniac)
Malachi 3.6

Deuteronomy 17:2-5 ESV

If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son or your daughter or the wife you embrace or your friend who is as your own soul entices you secretly, saying, 'Let us go and serve other gods,' which neither you nor your fathers have known, some of the gods of the peoples who are around you, whether near you or far off from you, from the one end of the earth to the other, you shall not yield to him or listen to him, nor shall your eye pity him, nor shall you spare him, nor shall you conceal him. But you shall kill him. Your hand shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people. You shall stone him to death with stones, because he sought to draw you away from the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.
Deuteronomy 13:6-10 ESV

Whoever strikes his father or his mother shall be put to death.

Leviticus 18:22

If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.
Leviticus 20:13

Jews (and Christians) are also genocidal maniacs. Just carefully read their Holy Scriptures.
