(B) A judge shall not use the benefits or facilities of an organization if the judge knows* or should be aware that the organization practices invidious discrimination. A judge's attendance at an event in a facility of such organization is not a violation of this Rule when the judge's attendance is an isolated event that could not reasonably be perceived as an endorsement of the organization's practices.

You should not discriminate on personal characteristics that are not choices and cannot be changed. But religion is a choice. Everyone is aware of other religions. How about a writeup on atheism? The non-belief in G-O-D. Are they good people? Your questionnaire should list invidious organizations.
Particularly those organizations who wish to

If you had such a list, potential judges could end their relationship with such nefarious organizations. If this is what you defend as the Governor's Council, then it's clear you are the Stalwart Defenders of the The Holy Inquisition . |
