Code of Judicial Conduct (September 2024)

Canon 3: Rule 3.6 Affiliation with Discriminatory Organizations

(A) A judge shall not hold membership in any organization that practices invidious discrimination.

(B) A judge shall not use the benefits or facilities of an organization if the judge knows* or should be aware that the organization practices invidious discrimination. A judge's attendance at an event in a facility of such organization is not a violation of this Rule when the judge's attendance is an isolated event that could not reasonably be perceived as an endorsement of the organization's practices.

Note 2:
The purpose of this Rule is to prohibit judges from joining organizations practicing invidious discrimination, whether or not an organization's
membership practices are constitutionally protected. When a judge learns that an organization to which the judge belongs engages in
invidious discrimination, the judge must resign immediately from the organization

Note 4:
A judge's membership in a religious organization as a lawful exercise of the freedom of religion is not a violation of this Rule

For those of us not mentally castrated by religion, Note 4 is a contradiction to Note 2.

We are supposed to respect everyone's religious beliefs? You mean this?

You should not discriminate on personal characteristics that are not choices and cannot be changed.

  1. race,
  2. color,
  3. national origin,
  4. ancestry,
  5. sex,
  6. gender identity,
  7. age,
  8. disability,
  9. sexual orientation, and
  10. genetics (appearance/intelligence/longevity).

You will note that religion is not on the list because religion is a choice.
You can choose to be jewish, catholic, muslim, hindu, etc.....
You are offered a choice of which imaginary friend you want.

You cannot choose the others on the list.

Is it invidious discrimination if

  1. they crushed their victims bones in iron boots;
  2. tore their quivering flesh with iron hooks and pincers;
  3. cut off their lips and eyelids;
  4. pulled out their nails, and into the bleeding quick thrust needles;
  5. tore out their tongues;
  6. extinguished their eyes;
  7. stretched them upon racks;
  8. flayed them alive;
  9. crucified them with their heads downward;
  10. exposed them to wild beasts;
  11. burned them at the stake;
  12. mocked their cries and groans;
  13. ravished their wives;
  14. robbed their children, and then
  15. prayed God to finish the holy work in hell.

Questions for candidates and members of the Governor's Council:

  1. Do you believe in the bible or the quran ?

  2. How old is the earth?

  3. Is evolution a fact or a theory?

  4. Judicial candidates and each elected council member should provide us with a writeup on evolution. .

  5. Are you employed by, or donate to any religious organization?

  6. Do any of your children go to a religious school versus public school?
    Why a religious school versus public school?

  7. Can you explain why an organization like https://masslgbtqbar.org would even exists?

    Religion is the ONLY force in our society that wants LGBTQ folks dead, like atheists.
    Atheists (non-believers) are more dangerous to religious freaks.
    And it is only because you religious freaks cannot accept evolution and thus, genetics.
    These are the fruits of the Tree Of Knowledge that you idiots dare not eat.

    And then again, you're simply not intelligent enough to absorb the concept of evolution,
    and genetics but apparently being made from dust and a rib is OK..

You should not discriminate on personal characteristics that are not choices and cannot be changed.

But religion is a choice. Everyone is aware of other religions.

How about a writeup on atheism? The non-belief in G-O-D. Are they good people?

Your questionnaire should list invidious organizations.

Particularly those organizations who wish to kill and mutilate the unbelievers .
Those excluded from the list are the ones practiced by the Governor's Council.
They would exclude any monotheistic religion which by their very nature discriminate and rather harshly against atheists .

If you had such a list, potential judges could end their relationship with such nefarious organizations.

If this is what you defend as the Governor's Council, then it's clear you are the Stalwart Defenders of the The Holy Inquisition .
