On April 18, 2024 at 0845, I entered the court house in Framingham and I was advised by a court official who recognized me, that there had been a change in my case and I should see the Clerk of Courts. There, I met Drew, a middle aged underachieving drone working in the clerk's office. This primitive single brain cell organism masquerading as a clerk adamantly refused to give me his last name. He even seemed concerned about giving out his first name. This raises a few questions. Questions: Does the Clerk of Courts have a Customer Service policy? I'd like to see it. Is it the policy of the Clerk of Courts to not give out their last names to its custoners? Is this good customer service? Mr. Drew told me that my case had been transfered to the Worcester Court. I asked Drew who requested the transfer and the response was "the judges lobby". I asked Drew who approved the request and the response was Stacey J. Fortes I asked Drew when the request was approved and he said April 10, 2024. This merely raises more annoying questions: Questions: Who was responsible to warn other parties that this transfer had taken place? Why was I not notified ? Why was the Middlesex DA not notified? Why was the Worcester DA not notified I of course knew that the requestee was that idiot David W. Cunis, our Framingham's fucking priest masquerading as a judge. He claims to be a devout orthodox Catholic without that celibacy crap that real priests have to contend with. That qualifies him as a fucking priest. Monsieur Cunis masquerades himself as an impartial judge who adamantly believes in the biblical talkies and has many esoteric beliefs . Here's his best quote! Questions: What was the the reasoning behind the request to transfer my case to Worcester? If there is a paper trail, I would like to request a copy. I wish to see the true face of idiocy. Are you paying attention, Stacey? What does the Worcester Court offer that Framingham courts can't? Are the Framingham courts too busy ? Are you idiots unable to call up one miserable atheist judge and one atheist ADA ? Will the Framingham district court pick up my parking tab in Worcester? This constitutes either malice or sheer stupidity. Which was it? Do you, Stacey J. Fortes believe that this is acceptable? Can I charge the court the extra cost to drive and park in Worcester?
