Probation: An agency for the well-connected
Michael T. Dube
donated $1,225 to state senator John Hart (D) Boston
One of the requirements of probation was to stay away from Stephanie Harris
Another condition of probation is to get a mental health evaluation . The judge (and probation officer) want to know if I have any deep psychosis. A psychosis is a loss of contact with reality that usually includes: False beliefs about what is taking place or who one is (delusions); Seeing or hearing things that aren't there (hallucinations). Very much like the religion of the judge David W. Cunis, a devout orthodox catholic. I told Michael T. Dube about the Rosenhan experiment but he did not show any interest in the concept. No one in the court is allowed to receive cash except the official cashier. It shows that even the state acknowledges how corrupt these people are.
![]() Monthly probation fee of $65
Probation is a monetary scam by the courts. It does not serve the interests of justice, recidivism, etc. It does provide a very nice income to the courts.
October 30, 2012: Meeting time: 30 minutes I am on supervised probation. The devout orthodox catholic judge David W. Cunis thinks I'm dangerous. I'm supposed to meet with my probation officer twice a month. First session was asking lots of questions that have been asked before and will be asked again. They want you to confess to every crime, infraction, rule bending you ever did in your life. Anything you say can and will be used against you. Michael T. Dube stated that the judge's reversal was the first he had seen in 18 years working there. Michael T. Dube stated he had 170 clients, each paying $65 a month for probation. 170*65 = $11,050 a month or $132,600 annually. Michael T. Dube stated that I need the probation office's permission to travel. Michael T. Dube stated that I need to bring evidence to every meeting that I live at the same address I have lived at for over 25 years.
November 14, 2012 Meeting time: 5 minutes Learned that the judge had decided to reverse his decision on vandalism.. He acknowledges he had not seen any damage. Is justice really blind. Perhaps he needs a vision check. Updated Michael T. Dube on my mental health evaluation checks.

Normally, Michael Dube and I talk for about one minute by the probation office benches, but today, he chose to talk to me in his office where he could be assured of more privacy. Michael Dube confirmed that I had the correct address and phone number for the judge and that Cunis knows of my web site. After all, you never really know whether the internet content is correct or up to date, but your probation officer can confirm it for you :-) Assured of his privacy in his office, Michael Dube provided me with a veiled threat if I were to publish his home address and phone number. That was the wrong thing to say for someone who operates under the color of law. The very fact that he mentions this means that he steps out of bound of his job and is corrupted by power. This is the the inner thinking of a bureaucrat who earns nearly $75,000 a year from the taxpayers to process forms and who is now just another government thug.

I requested a complete and comprehensive list of the conditions of my probation and he gave a copy of a form I had already received. I told him I would like to visit my brother in July and he provided me with a travel authorization form.
July 15, 2013
I was asked to fill out a form that seemed utterly useless. I submitted a travel request to visit my brother from 08/10 - 08/20
